Joslin Glotzer
Joslin Glotzer has been a Program Manager in the Federal IT space for over 10 years. She is currently the Vice President of the Program Management Office at ThunderCat Technology, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business based out of Reston, VA. ThunderCat is a leading solutions partner to the U.S. Government, educational institutions, and commercial companies. Joslin’s role is to provide professional, trusted and result oriented project management services that contribute to ThunderCat’s overall success. Her team provides the 5 stages of PMI: project planning, implementation, execution, monitoring and close-out. Joslin has a bachelor’s degree in business from Temple University. In addition, she is PMP and ITIL v3 certified. Prior to ThunderCat, she worked to support Alaskan Native Corporations in the 8(a) space. Joslin is married to her husband Dan and has two daughters, Ava and Belén.
